I donate my points to my favorite Rescue, but suddenly the recipe for the cat litter has changed and I absolutely do not like it. It leaves big wet clumps that stick to the bottom of the litter box and I have to do so much work to dig them out. It’s like cement at the bottom of the box. I think I’m going to have to change to a different brand unfortunately. I’m actually using more litter now than before because it’s such a mess. I have to keep changing it constantly.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Product has changed for the much worse What have you done??!!! We have used your product for over 15 years and now can longer do so due to the change in your formula. The smell, dust and mess is overwhelming. I have cancelled my monthly autoship order. Whatever margins you gained by changing the formula, you will surely lose those gains from decreasing sales.

My husband and I have been trying to find a good, unscented litter for our senior cat, who has allergies and asthma. We were happy to try this product and were extremely disappointed. The litter has a perfumey smell, like Gain-lite. Our cat is getting scabs as a result. How this litter can be labeled as "free from fragrances" is beyond me. I do not recommend this product.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Used to Be the Best. Now the Worst I have been unsin Clean Paws unscented for a few years. It used to be the best with low dust and less tracking. Every package I have received in the last 6 months and the tracking quality has declined substantially. However, the DUST IS HORRIBLE! Also, it is no longer unscented. I don't know what changed, but this stuff is now just awful! I kept purchasing it to see if it was just a quality control issue and hope it would improve after all of the bad reviews being left for this product. I see company responses blaming it on shipping and handling. That can't be the case since it hasn't always been this way and is a consistent, not intermittent, problem. Since there has been no improvement, I am again on the hunt for a better litter. It's too bad the company isn't listening to the consumers who used to love the product and instead are blaming the issue on a third party.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from NOT UNSCENTED This is no longer unscented. Prior to covid and the shortage of this litter, it was the best. Completely unscented and low tracking. Since is has been back in stock, it is NOT unscented. I have a cat with asthma and can no longer use this litter due to the perfumes added.
