Now, all of a sudden, it has a different texture and the cats (2) will not poop in it, only pee. They poop in the other pan that has the old stuff still.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from The change is horrible I buy this product for multiple cats. ITS TERRIBLE! I used to to swear by it, however, it has changed. It turns to clay when my cats urinate. I have to literally scrape it. I will be switching litter brands for the first time in 10 years

It is SO dusty I can't even stand to be in the house 2 rooms over wheny husband cleans the litter. If he adds to the litter I almost gag. I don't know what changed in the formula but it's making me hate that we have pets.

Also this is being used in an inclosed box and still is an issue

Rated 1 out of 5 by from 99.9% dust free (it’s a lie, don’t believe it) 99.9% dust free? No, I pay more for the dust free and the dust is worse than the cheap clumping. I buy the 4 pack 42lbs. dust free fresh step with frebreze sent. This is the 3 time I have lied to about this litter being dust free!! It’s is worse than the cheap store brand. Why are do you lie to the consumer? I have been using your product for a while and it has progressively gotten worse. This will be the last time I use your products!

Now I have to change the litter more often. To me it seems you want me to buy more litter. Sorry, not happening. Because of your greed you've lost a customer.
